350gr. GOAT FRESH CHEESE
50gr. PARSLEY
1 PIECE OF GARLIC
40gr. CRUMB OF BREAD
2 OR 3 VINEGAR SPOONS
SALT AS YOU LIKE
150 ml. EXTRAVERGIN OIL
WORKING
-WASHING THE PARSLEY
-PREPARE THE GARLIC (DIVIDE IT IN 2 PIECES)
-PUT THE BREAD IN THE VINEGAR
-CUT FINELY THE PARSLEY AND THE BREAD
-PUT THE RESULT IN THE CUP
-ADD GARLIC, SALT, OIL AND MIX
-PUT THE GOAT CHEESE IN A DISH
-PUT OVER THE GREEN SAUCE
